A super-concentrated solid dishmachine detergent formulated to last longer and yield more clean dishes per capsule. Designed for use in institutional kitchens, cafeterias, catering and banquet facilities and other foodservice operations. Fortified with Caustic Soda, soil emulsifiers, water conditioning agents and detergent polymers for unsurpassed results in soft, medium or hard water accounts using high or low temperature dishmachines. Non-phosphated formula.Delivers complete cleaning of the dirtiest dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and silverware. Not recommended for use on aluminum, tin, silver plate, pewter, galvanized or other non-ferrous metals. Solid form minimizes contact.
