We maintain an extensive selection of tanks, mixers and fillers for blending, storing and packaging our products. All products are manufactured at our Crestwood, Illinois facility.
Private Labeling
We have always been strong believers in building a customer’s market identity through quality private labeling. We strive to make private labeling as accessible as possible for any distributor that wants it, and for this reason have developed several private label options—each of which presents unique advantages:
| Universal Label |

| This is our most popular method of private labeling. It is available for all products and package sizes except quarts, solids and EPA-registered germicides. The two-color Universal Label has no up-front costs and no minimum order requirements. It provides a quick, easy system for distributors to have their own semi-custom labels that include their logo, address and other company information. Universal Labels are color-coded to match product colors as closely as possible. |

Custom Paper Label |

| This option provides a distributor with a label that is distinctly his own. It is available for all products and package sizes except quarts. Our graphic arts department can assist in developing a label design and layout that incorporates the distributor's logo or other artwork. Once labels have been printed, there are no minimum order requirements. Initial printing costs apply. |

Silk Screening |
|
| Silk screening is a label that is "painted on" using highly durable and resistant inks. This process is available for liquids packaged in quarts, gallons or pails, as well as for powders or solids packaged in pails, bottles, jars or boxes. Silk screening is the most durable labeling method in the industry, as the inks used are impervious to water, heat or other factors that often cause paper labels to peel or fall off. Our graphic arts department can assist in developing a label design and layout that incorporates the distributor's logo or other artwork. Minimum production quantities apply depending on the product type and packaging. Initial setup costs apply as well. |

All of our quart packaged products (such as bowl cleaners) are stocked with a Crown label and are readily available for shipment. EPA-registered germicides and solid products are also stocked under Crown labels.
Custom Formulating and Blending
We have extensive experience in analyzing competitive products and developing matching or improved formulas. Our research and development laboratory allows our chemists to perform all necessary analytical testing and matching of performance and appearance characteristics. Through the years, we have examined hundreds of competitive products and helped distributors find a better alternative time and again.
What's more, our minimum production quantities for custom formulas are among the lowest in the industry. These minimums vary according to product type and complexity, but are kept as low as possible to assist our customers.

Support Personnel
Every Crown employee is dedicated to serving the distributor. From entry-level positions to management, each employee understands that the performance of his role affects the satisfaction of our customers.
Few companies our size can match the level of service and experience we provide. At the forefront of this effort is our Customer Service department, which consists of two people having more than 30 combined years with Crown. Our Managers, a group of four individuals, have nearly 100 years combined experience in the chemical blending business. Many of our Production Technicians have been making products for Crown for more than 15 years (several for more than 25 years).
Our Regional Sales Managers have many years of on-site field experience in foodservice, laundry, janitorial and industrial accounts. They are more than capable of assisting distributors in the field with issues relating to product usage, equipment setup and more. Training seminars for Distributor Sales Representatives are available as well.

USDA/NSF Approval
Because of our long history of selling chemicals to distributors supplying meat and poultry plants, we have numerous products which were approved under the USDA's authorization program for Nonfood Compounds. USDA letters are on file for all of these products. Letters of approval are also on file from NSF International for these same items, with the same approval categories.
