An EPA registered Sanitizer, Disinfectant, Virucide, Mildewstat and Cleaner for use on food processing equipment, dairy processing equipment, utensils and similar hard, nonporous food contact surfaces in restaurants, bars, institutional kitchens, food handling and process areas, bakeries and beverage plants. May be used at a variable dilution rate of 1.5 - 4 oz. per 4 gallons of water. An effective food contact sanitizer against Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus Methicilin Resistant (MRSA), Streptococcus pyogenes and other listed bacteria when diluted at 2.1 oz. per 4 gallons of water with a 1 minute contact time. Effective against Influenza A (H1N1), HIV-1, Vaccinia Virus and other listed viruses when diluted at 1.2 oz. per gallon of water with a 10 minute contact time. Also effective against Norovirus and COVID-19 virus when diluted at 3 oz. per gallon with a 10 minute contact time. Also effective against Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) when diluted at 4.5 oz. per gallon with a 10 minute contact time. Mildewstatic on hard, non-porous surfaces against Aspergillus niger when used as directed. May also be used as a hard surface disinfectant-cleaner when diluted at 1.2 oz. per gallon with a 10 minute contact time. Controls small flies (such as fruit flies) in kitchen drains and on non-food contact surfaces in restaurants and food plants when used as directed. May also be used at 1.5 - 4 ounces per 4 gallons of water to sanitize the interior hard surfaces of ice machines. Consult product label for additional information.
