Chlorine Additives - SaniChlor
This product is a versatile EPA registered chlorine sanitizer designed for use on nonporous food contact surfaces in food processing plants using rinse, immersion or CIP cleaning procedures. Also useful for sanitizing tableware in low temperature dishwashing machines, sanitizing eating and drinking utensils, commercial laundry sanitization, food egg sanitization, and sanitizing process waters in meat and poultry plants. Used at 100 ppm for sanitizing food contact surfaces, dishware, glassware, and similar surfaces. Solutions must be periodically tested to assure that the available chlorine level does not drop below 50 ppm. For commercial laundry and food egg sanitization, a 200 ppm solution is required. In laundries, solutions must be periodically tested to assure that the available chlorine level does not drop below 200 ppm.
